    “… There was thunder and lightning, with a thick cloud over the mountain, and a very loud trumpet blast. Everyone in the camp trembled,” (Exodus 19:16, NIV).

    I know that EVERYONE has been talking about the storm and the tornado warnings over here… BUT, I think it’s SO SICK that I just read this passage in Exodus today. By chance. Because we all know that I don’t pay attention to the news or the weather forecasts.

    I was thinking to myself during my quiet-time how frightening it must have been to observe God’s might in that way, but I never imagined myself experiencing such a SIMILAR (kinda) event (and so soon). Okay, I see you, God…

    Also, let me just say that my phone is GOOD FOR NOTHING. It takes HORRIBLE videos. Lightning was shooting across the sky probably every 5-10 seconds. But, my phone only captured the huge ones.
