Song: Choose The One Who Loves You More
Artist: Copeland
This song is why I list Copeland as one of my favorite groups. I probably know only 3 other songs by them, but this song is really THAT good.
God really blessed me this weekend… as He does every day of my life. I’ve really been praying HARD, asking Him to help me appreciate everything He’s done for me. You’d think it’d be easy to be appreciative. I mean, He’s done SO much for me, for every one of us, and He continues to do so. But, that’s what we (humans) are; we’re just naturally unappreciative. And we have to FIGHT our non-appreciation, in order that we may find true happiness, that is, happiness through our loving God.
God, thank You so much for letting me realize that, although my family and I are facing some tough times right now, God, there really are brighter days awaiting us. Thank You for sticking by me always, refreshing me daily so that I may, in turn, refresh others. And thank You for stepping in and taking care of my friends when there is no more I can do for them. I love seeing my friends happy. And You let me see some struggling friends find their way out of some tough situations this weekend. I REALLY appreciate that. Thank You.

I LIVE for this song from 2:58 on.
Two lines stand out to me:
“Choose the one who loves you more.”
“And when you’ve found something to die for, it can make you face all your fears.”
Yeah, well, I’ve chosen, and I’ve chosen God. And have I found something (or someone) to die for? Yeah, God.
Ok, I’m done. But I do love my God.
Don’t get it twisted!
